We’ve had a few questions about where to stay in the region. Mitta hasn’t been discovered by Air BnB yet and it’s a bit off the beaten track but that’s why we LOVE IT.
There are a few great places to stay, you just need to go old school and make a phone call.
Chris at the Mitta Pub (02) 6072 3541 in town manages a bunch of different rooms and properties around the area, so give him a buzz and he’ll sort you out.

If you’ve got a BIG group or looking for a left-of-centre experience then Bharatralia Jungle Camp (02 6072 3621) is one of the best places in the region. With a stunning setting, glamping options available and a relaxed vibe, it’s a great option for those looking for a weekend away.
The Gravel Unravel is all about exploring off the beaten track, so for those of you looking for the ultimate adventure, check out the cheap (and free) camping spots around the region. There are a few to choose from but Hip Camp has some STUNNING options.
